It is very nice hotel,very frindly staff, very nice room, very good to be away from the city

Becuse of hotel location you have no option to park your car only within hotel area , the hotel block all the free parking and you have to use the hotel parking with fee 15 per day ( 12 h ) this is not good way in hotel like kempinski hotel. I think who make this arrangment thinking it is smart way of making mony but it is totaly opsit!

Luxurious and clean place with very professional and really helpful staff at check-out. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed room with comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Had really good a laptop safe, a mini-bar and a sofa bed.

The hotel is old old old and certenly not 5 star rooms are smelling old carpet old tv old and slow lifts very expensive internet(25e) expensive breaffast(60e per couple) and expensive parking for a hotel placed in the woods and more then that my wife was blocked in the lift for 20 min

No complains ! I was in Frankfurt for a fair and with the hotel 's shuttle service to Messe and to come back to the hotel was just perfect and in time.

Daily bottle of mineral water. Frequent changing of towels and bedsheets. Loved the big windows in our room at groundfloor. Loved the glas-house coffee-area with pond-view. High-quality food at the restaurant. The hotel has beautiful trees and we loved the surrounding green. We had a very reasonable price for our room I think.

I do not like it when I feel that staff are only friendly because they have to be or are told so. Wirh some staff you feel that they really mean it, with some not. One night I could not sleep because the airconditioner was making rumbling noises. Also we were cold and the airconditioner would not warm the room.

The grand dining experience and attentive concierge service made our stay amazing. Particularly enjoyed the complimentary tea and scones during our spa visit, which was a good surprise.

Except for the Beautiful for Surroundings and Location there is nothing really to talk home about.

1. We had 3 rooms with a total of 6 guests, The hotel staff never took the pains to identify the guests personally. Everyyone was addressed with the same last name. 2. Housekeeping service was poor. Used bottled of water were not cleared for 3 days. Refill of tea/sugar and milk was missing almost every day for 5 days. 3. Inspite of special instructions everyday we got sparkling water instead of still water. Also just one bottle inspite of having 2 guests in each room. 4. Concierge service was equally poor. They did not inform us in breakfast room when the taxi arrived and neither stooped the taxi for 5 minutes. 5. Business centre did not have a working printer and staff was unhelpful. Took 45 minuted to get my boarding pass printed. 6. Some of the staff were unapologetic inspite of glaring issues. 7. Final bill was incorrect however it was corrected on request.

Shuttle bus into town not available this year as per previous years very disappointing. Not a five star hotel as advertised. Booked.net messed up one of my rooms and took ages to sort out. Ended up paying more for room rate only to be told by booking I had to pay then send to booking to sort. More time a d hassle for me to sort out their mistake. Very annoying no compensation mentioned..

The hotel's spa experience was abysmal. Upon arrival, my son and I were treated rudely just for not knowing the uncommunicated spa rules. It was embarrassing to be yelled at in front of other guests, especially considering we were trying our best to follow the 'family-friendly' environment they advertised. Our check-in experience was frustrating with no assistance in making our stay comfortable or enjoyable.

Resort atmosphere; Staff professionalism and excellent training in service

Very convenient location near Frankfurt, just 20 minutes from the Fairground, same to the airport. Friendly staff, always at your disposal. Excellent service for business travelers.

Although always clean and in perfect condition, some of the rooms needed (slight) renovation, not made in the last years.

The kids' corner was a disaster area.

Very spacious room, a great view on the lake, very nice and helpfull personnel. The food was of good quality and the visit to the restaurant Torschaenke is a must. Very delicious local specialities for a reasonable price and in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Room was old fashioned, decor was dated (especially the bathroom); poor shower and sinks. Not a bad hotel but far too expensive for the quality of the building. Looks tired and needs a good make over...
